We always returned home puzzled that quality meat was nearly inaccessible and sparsely available. With Ty's experience as a sixth-generation Colorado rancher, we began raising and processing our own animals for our family. Still feeling the need to fill the void in the marketplace, we decided to open an online store to make premium meats available to everyone.
