B4 Cattle Company offers Registered Texas Longhorn Grass Fed Beef from our pasture to your table to help you on your clean-eating, nutrient-dense health food journey! B4 Cattle Company is a small family-owned ranch that has been raising “Nature’s Leanest Beef” in NW Central Oklahoma near Okarche since 2016. When nature crafted the Texas Longhorn, the result was an efficient converter of forage into meat that is lower in saturated fat and higher in healthy fats. We love healthy, happy Registered Longhorns and our cattle show it. We believe in: No antibiotics No supplemental growth hormones Raising our cattle on pasture for the animal’s entire life Following animal-welfare standards During Oklahoma’s winter months we provide cattle to be used for harvesting with a supplemental “green” feed made for us to meet the standards of the American Grass-fed Association. It is accepted by Eatwild.com because it contains very low omega-6s and the amount given is small: 50 pounds/head in year one and 80 pounds/head in year two. The feed consists of 50% alfalfa with the additional 50% made up of beet pulp, rice bran, and cottonseed hulls bound together with molasses. Our beef is processed while under inspection by the State of Oklahoma and we offer it by the whole or half. We also sell our beef through our webstore (www.b4cattlecompanywebstore.com) by the quarter, eighth or as individual cuts for the consumer without large freezer space.
