Brittain Farm. The Brittain family has been operating a farm in Taney County, Missouri for more than 100 years. The third and fourth generations are currently working the farm, and they strive to bring you the best quality meat products to you. The Brittains raise grass-fed beef, as well as pasture-raised pork, chicken, and heritage turkeys. They never used any chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, or MSG. This practice delivers a very clean and pure product for the consumers. All of their animals are raised on their farm. They are treated with great respect and are always allowed to range the fields and soak in the sunshine freely. The Brittains can be found at the Branson Farmers Market on Tuesdays from 3–7 p.m. April to October, and at the Farmers Market of the Ozarks in Springfield on Saturdays from 8 a.m.–1 p.m. You will be able to order Brittain Bags online very soon, for market pick-up and Southwest Missouri delivery.
