About this farm
Brookshire Farm produces grass finished, dry aged beef, pastured veal, and meat goats. Our animals are fed on open pastures without growth supplements, growth stimulants, antibiotics, or other synthetic additives. At Brookshire Farm we are committed to our small farm's tradition of sustainable agriculture. We are the 6th continuous generation to live on the land and in the farmhouse which was built in the 1840s. We value our tradition that safeguards the environment and promotes animal welfare while producing food that is nutritious, wholesome, and delicious. You can preorder your beef whole, half, or as a split half. (A split half is half of a front quarter and half of a hindquarter, which yields a selection of cuts from both.)
