The Cal*Tex Cattle Company offers USDA certified split sides, sides, and whole grass-fed beef. All of our animals are healthy Angus, 18 to 24 month-old, that have been raised on pasture grass and supplemented with alfalfa if needed. We have never used pesticides or herbicides on our pasture and forest, and our steers have NEVER been given any hormones or antibiotics to stimulate growth! We do not ship our product but it is available locally in Rancho Cordova and Roseville, California.
