Circle Arrow Longhorns is a family-owned and operated business whose mission is to produce safe, wholesome, all-natural grass-fed meat products. Our beef is not only healthy, it is extremely tender, juicy, flavorful, and most important, safe. We are dedicated to respecting our animals, the environment and our customers needs. Longhorn meat is naturally low-fat, but our cattle are also raised on free-range pasture and forage with no grain, antibiotics, or steroids, which makes them even higher in Omega 3 and other important nutrients. The cattle are processed and packaged at a USDA inspected plant using a revolutionary process called Rinse and Chill, which drastically reduces the dangers of E. coli and gives the meat a wonderfully fresh taste and smell. We also provide an all-natural raw diet for the four-legged members of our customers' families. Look for us at the Niwot, Colorado Farmers Market every other Sunday starting July 1st.
