About this farm
Evergreen Students for Sustainable Animal Agriculture raises ewes and lambs that are on grass pasture their whole lives. We manage our pastures with intense rotational grazing and supplement with locally grown grass silage when needed. The flock is managed by Students from the Evergreen State College who are interested in animal agriculture. This educational opportunity and sharing of animal husbandry knowledge is critical to the sustainability of agriculture. Animal welfare is our top priority.
