The Flack Family Farm produces pasture-raised and finished lamb on certified organic fields. The lamb is available for sale at the farm and at the Onion River Co-op in Burlington. It is also featured at a number of local restaurants. The meat is available as whole lamb, cut to your specifications, or in individual cuts. Sausage and salami can be ordered as well. The lamb can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
