Florida Fields to Forks is a local, community supported agriculture farm (CSA) started in October of 2011. We currently have over 1000 members in Brevard, Orange, Palm Beach and Marion Counties. Our commitment to our members is simple: to provide the highest quality, freshest, and most nutritious foods available anywhere in Florida. We do this by continually traveling around the state and tasting the individual products of each of our ranch and farm partners, before they are personally selected to partner with our farm. Our Florida ranch and farm partners are all committed to beyond organic farming practices, and grow a variety of different forages for their various herds and flocks. We recognize that the health benefits of raising our animals the pure way God intended, are immeasurable. Our compassion for our animals and our commitment to rebuilding the soils of Florida are just as important to us as is providing a top quality nutrition filled foods for our members. No hormones, or antibiotics are used, and the grasses and pastures our animals are raised on are not treated with chemical fertilizers and or toxic pesticides. Recognized with recent articles in both the Florida Today and the National Health Review, Florida Fields to Forks also grows a variety of different seasonal vegetables utilizing beyond organic practices. In addition, we pasture raise free-range laying hens utilizing soy-free organic feed. Offering 100% grass-fed and grass-finished Angus; pastured Berkshire and Mangalitsa pork; pasture-raised Katahdin lamb; pasture-raised Cornish Cross chickens; wild-caught sea food; raw milk from grass fed Jersey cows, raw milk artisan cheeses; local organically grown produce, local honey; and much more….
