About this farm
Foggy Hollow Farm is a 30-acres USDA certified organic farm located in Joelton, 25 miles northwest of Nashville, organic logoTN. We have the only USDA certified organic chickens and eggs in Middle Tennessee and are members of the Sustainable Poultry Network (SPN). Join us, and other farmers, as we build a Network of growers and breeders of sustainable birds in this region. Visit the SPN website for our Core Values (http://www.sustainablepoultrynetwork.com/). We offer a fully integrated line of poultry from eggs to chicks, pullets, and laying hens. We breed Barred Plymouth Rock and Australorp heritage chickens for sell as laying hens and meat birds. Our chickens are solely on pasture after 4 weeks of age and rotated weekly. They are also fed local USDA organic grain from Windy Acres Farm. We sell eggs at the West End and Vine Farmers Market in Nashville on Saturdays, and sell chicks, and chickens off our farm.
