About this farm

Gasper Family Farm is a small family farm in NE Kansas between Lawrence and Kansas City. We produce 100-percent grass-fed dairy, 100-percent grass-fed beef, pastured pork and pastured poultry products. All our animals are raised in a low-stress, natural environment. We don’t use antibiotics, growth hormones, herbicides, pesticides, synthetic fertilizer or other chemicals! We maintain animal health with prevention and natural healing practices. Our 100% grass-fed dairy produces great tasting, rich, healthy milk. Our dairy products include whole cream-line milk, skim milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, and kefir. Our pastured pork is from unique tasting, rare heritage breeds. We minimize the organic grain fed by providing a diet of pasture, forage, mast, and whey. This pork is available in bulk, cuts, and whole-hog sausage. We offer 100% grass-fed beef as bulk freezer beef, cuts, and fancy ground beef. This is a full, rich tasting ground beef made from the whole cow rather than what is left after taking the nice cuts. Our pastured poultry products include Muscovy Ducks and eggs from hens kept on pasture and fed organic grains.
