About this farm
Green Dirt Farm is a small family farm located just north of Kansas City. We are dedicated to producing the finest grass-fed lamb and sheep dairy products. Our sheep are pastured using management-intensive grazing practices which protect the pastures from overgrazing, ensure that our sheep receive high quality nutrition year-round, and provide the best tasting and healthiest meat to our customers. Our lambs are raised without hormones, pesticides or antibiotics. Our dairy is currently in the start-up phase and we anticipate having cheese and other dairy products for sale in 2006. We sell our lamb directly to our customers. We have carefully selected our custom meat processor for superior cleanliness, humane practices, and individual attention provided to both animals and customers.
