About this farm
Heifer Creek Farm raises all-natural, range-fed Purebred Scots Highland beef. Highland beef is naturally low in cholesterol and fat, but well-marbled and tender. The animals are humanely handled and USDA butchered. There are no artificial feeds, hormones or antibiotics fed to the animals. Meat is sold by the side (175–250 pounds), or split side (1/2 side). Price is $3 per pound hanging weight at the butcher, plus shipping. All orders custom cut and wrapped to customer specifications. We can ship Fed Ex anywhere. Call the farm anytime.
