About this farm
High Wire Ranch, founded in 1981, raises grass-fed Bison. Our pastures were certified organic by the Colorado Department of Agriculture in 2002. High Wire Ranch Bison are not given any hormones, fed any animal by-products, or given any antibiotics. They only eat our pasture grasses or harvested hay from our ranch. All our Bison meat is USDA inspected and vacuum packaged. We have tenderloins, other delicious steaks, roasts, ground and other cuts. Our meat does not have preservatives, nitrates, or other species meat or fat added to it. Quarters and Halves are available at the ranch by preorder in the Fall. You may purchase our meat at our ranch by appointment. We do not offer shipping. Check out our website to find other retail locations in Western Colorado.
