About this farm
Hill Pasture Farm sustainably raises black Angus beef on pasture April through November using rotational grazing practices on over 200 acres. Our herd is then fed hay harvested on our farm for the winter months. Our herd is raised on our farm from birth until time of processing. We farm using organic practices but are not certified organic. We do not use growth hormones, antibiotics, herbicides, or pesticides. Beef is sold by the whole, half or quarter side of beef amounts, using hanging weights. The beef is $3.50/pound (paid to us the farmer) and then $.49 cents/pound for the custom processing order (paid to the processor), totaling $3.99/pound.
