Hoye Brothers Farm (HBF) is conveniently located 60 miles south of St. Louis, MO and 50 miles north of Cape Girardeau, MO. It is a 134 acre family farm specializing in raising 100% pure grass fed beef. Our herd is a combination of Murray Grey and Angus beef cattle. At Hoye Brothers Farm, we take great pride in our high protein, well maintained, nutritious pastures. The primary grass grown is fescue, with over seeded millet, clover and rye intermingled, as appropriate. HBF also includes Big Blue Stem and Native Indian warm season grasses to allow fresh green pastures during the hottest days of summer when the fescue is unavailable. All cattle at HBF have unlimited access to clean, fresh well water in every pasture and unlimited amounts of sunshine, fresh air and space to roam. HBF will never use routine antibiotics, hormones or unnatural growth stimulants during the life cycle of our herds. We are committed to providing 100% pure grass fed beef that our customers can feel good about feeding to their families. Our beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility and is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. HBF beef can be purchased in quarter (split half), half, or whole portions.
