About this farm
We raise and sell free-range, all-natural grass-fed and grass-finished beef, harvested at a relatively young age, and dry-aged 14-21 days for optimum flavor and tenderness. We manage our ranch using regenerative methods (holistic range management principles - rotational grazing with short grazing periods and long rest periods). We deliver to various locations throughout New Mexico, and ship retail cuts and 10 - 25 lb Beef Packs throughout the U.S. In the spring and fall we offer quarter, half and whole beef orders with free delivery to Alamogordo, Las Vegas, Santa Fe and Edgewood, New Mexico.
