About this farm
Kinkoona Farm is located in Brodhead, south of Madison. We are nestled in a hilly Amish community and raise sheep primarily for their wool and make organic woolen mattress toppers and comforters. We run a sustainable farm with pasture rotation and grow the majority of our own hay, with no-till planting and no chemicals. Our sheep have pasture access all year round and are not confined to any dry lots. They are free of grain feeding. We run farm/nature day camps and use erosion control, water catchment and organic gardens as part of our stewardship to the earth. Our lamb is lean and tender. Available in a variety of cuts and state and federally inspected.
