Located 10 minutes south of Jefferson City, Missouri, Lage Farms raises and finishes black angus cattle on select grasses, clovers, alfalfa and sorghum, providing them with the most succulent and nutritious diet attainable. Our animals have unlimited access to sunshine, fresh air clean water, and exercise, in a stress free environment. No grain, hormones, or unnatural growth stimulants are used. Our beef is processed in a nearby inspected facility, and dry aged for 21 days, providing a more flavorful and tender cut of meat. Being aware of the health advantages, we have focused on genetics and grasses to provide you with the finest, tastiest grass fed beef. This process requires a lot of time, effort, and commitment. You can benefit from our relying on repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers to market our products. Our high quality meats can be purchased at the farm. Shipping and other delivery will be accommodated upon request. You can order large or small quantities, quarters, halves, whole beefs or individual steaks and cuts. Very soon, the ultimate dining pleasures, full blood Wagyu and Wagyu-Angus cross (American Kobe) will be available!
