About this farm

Laughing Valley is "dedicated to producing and supplying the most natural foods possible" and fostering "the restoration of natural fertility processes through biodiversity and no-till farming." In keeping with a Paleolithic or "instinctual" diet, no preservation is used other than drying at low temperatures. Products available include pemmican (made from shredded dry beef, fat, and wild berries), and dried beef, lamb, chicken, and wild salmon. Stocks are very limited, "so show your interest in advance."
