MacKillop Natural Highland Beef is produced by Holiday Ranch, a three-generation diversified family farm located in the foothills of southern Alberta. Our small herd of Highland cattle forage on native grasses and brush, overlooking the Pine Coulee south of Nanton. Our cattle are humanely-raised, never confined or branded. We do not use growth hormones, antibiotics, animal-by-products or chemicals for the land. We are excited to offer you our natural Highland beef, which is lower in fat and cholesterol and gives you the benefits of grass-fed beef. Our natural Highland beef is the sustainable and healthy choice—it tastes the way beef used to taste!
