About this farm
Owens Farm offers grass-fed lamb, pastured pork, pastured chicken and turkey, and raw honey raised on 112 acres in the lovely Susquehanna River Valley. Our philosophy is to raise our animals under as natural conditions as possible, which is best for both the critters themselves and our customers. All our meats are pre-ordered ahead of time; we don't have a farm store or walk-in sales. Here is the timetable, and ordering is EZ through our website: Lamb: Preorder in spring, ready to eat in the fall Pork: Two batches a year! Preorder in spring and fall Chickens: Preorder in spring for summer and fall availability Turkey: One batch timed for Thanksgiving
