About this farm
Rafter “S” High Ranch Country Beef provides grassfed beef and lamb. Both types of meat are available by the whole or half carcass and also in individual cuts in clear vacuum packages. Frozen beef is available year-round and the lamb is available in the fall while supplies last. Purchases can be made at the ranch, and mail orders are accepted “occasionally.” Their products are also available at the California Certified Farmers markets in Redding, Susanville, and Montgomery Creek.
