Sap Bush Hollow Farm offers a wide variety of pasture-raised products, including chicken, beef, lamb, turkeys, pork, bacon, sausage, and eggs from free-range chickens. All their products are free of hormones and antibiotics. Adele and Jim Hayes have been practicing rotational grazing and sustainable agriculture since 1979. Our goal to produce the best animals under the most natural conditions we can achieve with our resident plant and animal life mutually benefiting from our efforts. Eggs from pastured hens are a new addition. We raise the best, freshest eggs possible. The chickens are always outside with the other animals. The meat is available in individual cuts or whole, half or split-half carcasses. Lamb, beef, pork, and veal are available frozen year round. The poultry is seasonal. Eggs are available year round. Please call for a brochure, directions to the farm, and special sale events. We are able to ship or make deliveries to private buying clubs in New Jersey and New York.
