About this farm
Silver Maple Farm is a family-owned, seasonal, grass-based dairy farm in central New York. We focus on pasture management to produce healthy livestock and real food. Our own male calves are raised for pasture beef and are GRASS FINISHED. We use a local, USDA-inspected plant for processing. We prefer to sell by the half or quarter, but smaller orders are welcome. Custom cutting to your preferences is available. Available mid-October thru early December. Visitors are welcome! Please call or e-mail first. Only 8 miles from Interstate 90.
