SOL City Farm keeps things simple. Our beef cattle roam free on native Florida grasses and express their natural instincts in an open and healthy environment. Our herd is tended to by hand daily allowing us to foster a relationship of trust and respect. We use rotational grazing in order to regenerate the land and provide our cattle with a salad bar of fresh pastures daily. Although this style of farming is very labor intensive, it means we can intimately observe the health and well-being of each of our animals. This allows us to raise the healthiest beef for ourselves and our customers. WE PROMISE never any grains/corn/soy/GMOs, anti-biotics, hormones, chemical de-wormers, and herbicides on our pastures.
