Spring Pastures Farm is a family-owned business in Middletown Valley, Maryland offering delicious grass-fed and grass-finished beef. We raise and finish healthy animals on a richly diverse selection of grasses and forbs through the use of rotational grazing. We use no hormones or antibiotics, nor otherwise interfere with the natural process of animal growth. Forage is stockpiled in our pastures for winter grazing and local hay is supplemented as necessary. Our animals live outside year-round where they have access to spring or well water and free-choice minerals. We handle our animals with care in a low-stress manner. You can visit our on-farm store by appointment. We sell individual cuts, roasts, steaks, ground beef, stew cubes, and organ meats. You can also purchase sides of beef cut to your specification.
