Sugar Hill Farm is an ecologically oriented farm specializing in Scottish Highland 100% grass fed certified organic beef. We are certified by Pennsylvania Certified Organic. Our animals graze on 200 acres in the rolling hills of north central Pennsylvania. They are humanely treated throughout their lives. All animals are born and raised on our farm. After reaching a suitable age and weight, our animals are humanely slaughtered and butchered by a certified organic butcher. The beef is then flash frozen and vacuum sealed. Scottish Highland cattle are one of the oldest breeds of heritage cattle and are highly suited to grass diet. Our pastures and fields are continuously improved through application of organic minerals and managed grazing. The combination of an excellent breed and the high quality grass result in beef that is tender and tasty. We deliver in several areas of Pennsylvania and custom shipping is available.
