About this farm
West Court Farm is owned and operated by Martin and Johanna Driesse. Our organic farm is home to Galloway cattle which are on pasture during grazing season, and baled hay when not able to graze in winter. Galloway beef is noted for it’s good flavour throughout. The Galloway breed has never been used in the industrial feedlot system, so the genetics are still the way they were created, to finish on pasture. Currently the meat is sold by mixed 1/4, half or whole animal. Ground beef is available per pound year around as supply lasts.
