Blue Mountain Farm raises pastured poultry, eggs from pastured chicken, and pork. Products available include whole and half chickens and turkeys, boneless/skinless breast meat, legs and thighs, livers, and feet. ("About the feet—It's a long story, ask us.") The Elliots will be the first to tell you that "there are quicker, easier, and cheaper ways to raise poultry. But is it worth it? The bottom line for us is a healthy bird with plenty of down home flavor."
