About this farm
Dolce Vita Farm raises grass fed beef and pastured pork, naturally, without the use of steroids, hormones, antibiotics or any other chemicals. We use only natural minerals & wormers. We also offer Rainbow Trout in season (March, April & May). Our Black Angus cattle eat grass on organically fertilized pastures. They are moved each day to a fresh pasture. Our pigs are free to roam in large pastures of their own and are also chemical-free. All of our animals live a peaceful, stress free life, hence the name Dolce Vita: "The Sweet Life." Our meats are sold at the local farmers market and also directly from our farm. We sell cuts by the pound and also offer the purchase of halves and whole animals. Farmers Markets: farm@Petersburg Farmers Market, 7am–12 noon, Saturdays, May thru October, and 9am–noon Saturdays, November thru April.
