About this farm

Rolling Hills Farm is dedicated to make sure our processes are natural and sustainable. We do not feed our animals antibiotics or use any growth hormones. Our animals enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, they have fresh natural spring water to drink and fresh pastures to roam. We currently offer beef by the side, split side, or sampler package. The beef is vacuum-sealed and frozen at our local USDA inspected processor. Your meat can be picked up at the farm. We also have a monthly meat and eggs CSA; local pickup locations are listed on our website. Just like our grandparents, we raise our animals in a humane method that allows them to enjoy being exactly what they are. If God put them on the earth to graze in tall fresh grass, they will graze in tall fresh grass. If they were meant to dig up roots and tubers and enjoy acorns and chestnuts, that is the environment we try to provide. They may enjoy dust baths, eating bugs and fresh shoots of grass. You will be confident of the wisdom of this approach once you try our fresh pastured eggs or beef.
