Wildcat Ranch produces 100% American Grassfed Association (AGA) Certified Black Angus Beef. American grassfed After retiring from the Army, David and Jenny MacDonald pursued their dream of owning a cattle ranch. Established in 2007, Wildcat Ranch was conceived with the premise of creating an homogenous herd of Grassfed Black Angus cattle in a stress-free environment. It has taken eight years to fully realize this goal and we have developed a herd of stress-free cows. We know every cow, and provide individual attention to each one. Within this stress-free environment our cows and calves flourish. Our cattle only eat grass, hay, approved mineral supplements and drink water that comes from a natural spring on our ranch. We currently sell our beef at the McEwen, Tennessee Farmers Market every Friday from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and the Clarksville, Tennessee Farmers Market every Saturday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. We will be at these two Farmers Markets until 22 October 2016. We sell by the cut all year and Quarters, Halves and Whole from November to April. Our beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility (Yoder Brothers Meat Processing in Paris, Tennessee), and bears a USDA inspection label.
