About this farm
Ross Peak Ranch is nestled against a national forest, which means that the land lies "downwind and downstream from no one." The Scottish Highland beef that graze on the pasture are available at two stores in Bozeman (Community Food Co-op and Oak Street Natural) and one in Livingston (Food Works). Meat is also available directly from the farm in whole carcasses, halves, quarters, and eights. (Approximately 400, 200, 100, and 50 pounds of beef.) Each order contains a representative sampling of cuts from the entire animal. Fifty percent of the order is ground beef. Mail orders are accepted. However, supplies are limited.
