Yellowstone Grassfed Beef is the result of a partnership between two historic Montana ranches, The J-L Ranch, located in the Jefferson and Centennial valleys, and Two Dot Land and Livestock, south of Harlowton. Both ranches use the best of many old-fashioned techniques in combination with the most forward-thinking modern practices to produce exceptional quality, safe, and delicious beef. Grass-fed, grass-finished Born, raised, and processed in Montana We put the long-term health of the land ahead of short-term profit. We don’t harvest our cattle until quality is at its peak (typically that’s later than even other grass-fed cattle operations). We believe that doing things the right way results in the best quality beef. We offer direct-to consumer-sales of individual cuts as well as whole, half, and quarter animals.
