Smith Family Farm raises grass-fed beef, pastured poultry (seasonally), free-range eggs, and free-range pork. We don’t take shortcuts, we don’t rush the process. Our animals are treated humanely, not raised in feed-lots, not housed in crowded buildings, not given harmful drugs of any kind. We also sell horse-quality hay and cattle hay. Throughout the year, we participate in several farmers markets throughout the metropolitan Washington, DC area. For those living near the Gainesville, VA area, we encourage you to visit the farm and see for yourself how the animals are raised. We have no trade secrets, we have nothing to hide. We're a 5th generation working farm conveniently located near the Manassas National Battlefield. For years now we've produced healthy, great tasting grass-fed meat, eggs, and much, much more. We're USDA inspected. We're also a Virginia quality-assured beef producer. The farm has been owned and operated by our family for more than 100 years, claiming Prince William County's only "Century Farm."
