Stillroven Farm raises grassfed beef in the cool, high altitude region of Colorado. The pasture, a mixture of native grasses and alfalfa, has been free of chemicals for at least three years. Pastured chicken, pheasants, and local honey are available as well. Products are available at the farm on Wednesdays and Fridays during the spring and summer, and on weekends during the winter. Call for times.
