About this farm
Cass Stock Farm Herefords are raised on pasture but are also fed some grain that is grown on the farm. The animals are not given synthetic hormones, antibiotics, or chemical additives of any kind. Mixed packages of beef are available from 20 to 105 pounds. (Steaks and roasts comprise 2/3 of the total weigh; lean ground beef makes up the other 1/3.)
