We use 100% grass-fed beef, organically raised (green label) or naturally raised (blue label). Naturally raised beef has never been given any antibiotics or hormones. We use certified organic spices, filtered water, and a pure, mineral-rich, fluid balancing, hand harvested Himalayan pink sea salt. Our products are low fat, 8-15%. Just as important is what is NOT in them! There are NO added nitrates or MSG; NO corn syrup; NO liquid smoke; NO animal by-products; NO fillers of any kind; NO pork in or around any of our uncured beef. All are gluten-free and casein-free.
