As a family business, our goal is to promote the natural resources of the land and provide a lifestyle that is fulfilling to all who live here. As a consumer, you develop a personal relationship with the family that raises your meat. You contract to buy a specific, live animal and we process and deliver the meat as a service to you. We pledge to walk you through the production process, the customized butchering options and even invite you to come out and visit our ranch. We believe that great beef comes from cows grazing on high-country grass and living the way they were meant to live, without the stress of feedlots and mass-production values. We think you will agree. Our products are available year round. You can purchase directly from the ranch via our website, or at the Big Hollow Food Co-Op in downtown Laramie, or enjoy us at the Alibi pub in Laramie.
