Prairie Monarch Bison is a family-owned and operated ranch located in southeast Wyoming specializing in grass-fed and grass-finished bison (buffalo). Since 1992, we have been producing high quality meat through sustainable practices – friendly to the land, the bison and the ecosystem. Our herd roams on native grass pastures free of commercial fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. The bison are never fed grain or confined to a feedlot. They receive no growth hormones, stimulants, or antibiotics. Our herd is raised as naturally as possible. All the bison we sell are processed at a facility we own and operate. This allows us to have complete oversight, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. We sell individual packages, quarters, and other bulk bundles. Bison steaks, burger, roasts, and much more!
